About The Role:

DPD is seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial and seasoned marketer to join our team as a Database Marketing Analyst. The Database Marketing Analysis is responsible for understanding DPD’s business as it relates to sourcing, integrating, and processing data. They will also be responsible for supporting and recommending improvements to DPD’s data warehouse and processing improvements.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
  • Data extraction from various vendors, clients, and public sources
  • Format and develop reports and consumer marketing files
  • Monitor trends and report on KPIs
  • Maintain and recommend improvements to data processing environment and processes
  • Partner with vendors and clients to enhance, process and utilize the integration of data
  • Maintain a positive attitude and “can do” approach towards challenges that arise
Skills:
  • Experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst, direct experience with Digital Marketing a plus
  • Flat-file data processing
  • SQL Queries and Reporting
  • Understanding of database management systems, OLAP and ETL
  • CRM and Lead Management Applications (Salesforce, GoHighLevel)
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Google Suite
  • Programming knowledge is a plus (Python, XML, Javascript, Zapier, Twilio, ETL frameworks)
  • Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
  • Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of assignments in parallel
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision; take proactive role in executing assignments
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • 3+ years of experience
