About The Role:

DPD is seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial and seasoned marketer to join our team as a Senior Account Director. The individual will have the skill set to combine account management, campaign management execution and strategic optimization to support the delivery of omni-channel digital marketing campaigns and serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts.

The Account Director is responsible for managing the client relationship, defining marketing strategies, tactic cadence planning, and analyzing campaign performance and optimization based on campaign results. Using and understanding technology platforms and systems, you will lead digital transformation with your clients by developing seamless, integrated new customer acquisition campaigns putting the customer at the center of digital innovation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Financial Services marketing, data strategy, digital execution and client services.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion for all client marketing initiatives
  • Lead remote DPD teams in support of client CRM projects including strategy, campaign management, channel management, tactic management, timeline development and SLA adherence
  • Key client partner leading the day-to-day aspects of the full customer relationship
  • Lead the DPD Delivery team to execute all targeted campaigns based on Playbooks and Cadence timelines
  • Translate CRM customer journeys into functional business requirement documents for tactic execution
  • Understand and support segmentation strategies across individual brands
  • Identify and understand data flows between 1st and 3rd party partners and translate data needs to execute digital campaigns
  • Communicate client requests to the full team effectively
  • Develop long-term account relationships across overall client organization by becoming a valued member of the brand team
  • Contribute to year-over-year revenue growth
  • Develop innovation roadmaps to elevate tactics to support brand objectives
  • Develop, manage and optimize comprehensive new customer acquisition campaigns
  • Determining optimum use of budgeted funds to achieve aggressive strategic marketing objectives
  • Analyze and report campaign performance, and recommend measurable next steps
  • Reports on current status of account, successes and strategy moving forward, communicating results on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Maintain a positive attitude and “can do” approach towards challenges that arise
Requirements:
  • Experience and knowledge of funnel marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of testing practices
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude
  • Knowledgeable on digital media outlets as well as emerging media and new technology platforms
  • Knowledgeable on marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, creative testing, reporting, analysis and optimization, with an eye for ROAS
